Written estimate before work. 50% deposit + signed estimate to schedule; balance due at final approval (files/launch after payment).

Accepted: ACH/bank transfer, debit/credit card, Zelle, PayPal.
Not accepted: personal checks.
Late payments 1.5%/mo (or legal max).
▾ Scope & Revisions Included
Estimates include 1 concept (web pages: 1 layout) + 2 revision rounds. Extra concepts/rounds/features via approved change order.
▾ Scheduling & Rush Timelines
Standard lead times at booking. Rush +25–100% as available. Pauses >14 days may incur reactivation. Cancellation billed time-to-date (min 25% of remaining estimate).
▾ Printing Standards
Unless specified: full color, double-sided, UV-coated; stationery excluded. Standard production ~48 hours after proof approval; +1 week for custom/specialty. Color variance may occur; hard proofs at cost.
▾ Web Deliverables Scope
Pricing varies by complexity. Hosting/domain fees are separate. Deliverables include responsive build, basic accessibility, metadata, and QA on modern browsers.
▾ Approvals & IP Rights
Written proof approval before print/launch. On final payment, client receives rights to final deliverables for agreed uses; working files excluded unless licensed. Designer may showcase work unless NDA requested.
