At LHH, within the CT&M Delivery Enablement team, I would transform foundational learning content into engaging, high-production digital experiences that bring ideas to life. Provided with core scripts and outlines, I would apply creative strategy, visual storytelling, and technical expertise to develop branded learning assets that are both visually compelling and instructionally effective.
My work would span the full creative spectrum. From concept development and storyboarding through post-production, I would lead the creation of dynamic video and motion graphics using After Effects for advanced animation and Premiere Pro for polished editing. I would also design branded infographics, quick-reference guides, and visual job aids that simplify complex information while maintaining strong visual hierarchy across typography, layout, composition, and pacing.
In the eLearning space, I would build interactive training modules in Articulate 360, leveraging Storyline and Rise to create immersive digital experiences and managing SCORM and xAPI publishing for seamless LMS deployment. By integrating AI-driven tools such as ElevenLabs, Synthesia, or HeyGen, I would streamline voiceovers, localization, and translation efforts to support scalable global delivery. Familiarity with platforms like Runway or Descript would further enhance production efficiency and creative experimentation.
Collaboration would be central to the role. Partnering cross-functionally, I would ensure all multimedia deliverables align with LHH brand standards while using modern design platforms such as Figma or Canva for rapid iteration and stakeholder feedback. My experience working within digital workplace environments, including SharePoint, MS Viva, Workday, and ServiceNow, would support cohesive internal communication strategies.
Through continuous review of engagement metrics and usage data, I would refine and optimize learning materials for clarity, accessibility, and impact. This approach combines creative craft with data-informed decision-making to ensure each asset delivers measurable value.
