At the Intrepid Museum, I managed digital design, web communication, and marketing for exhibitions, events, and visitor engagement. My role extended across responsive design, email campaigns, signage, and digital content that connected diverse audiences to the museum’s mission.
In the Educational & Non-Profit industry, I supported the arrival of the Space Shuttle Enterprise in 2012 by developing the launch of its microsite and promotional assets—delivering under shifting deadlines with precision and adaptability. Later that year, Hurricane Sandy forced the museum to close for six weeks. Flooding damaged the pier and the Enterprise pavilion, placing the institution in crisis.
I coordinated web updates, public announcements, ensuring clear messaging despite working extreme weather conditions in tents on the pier and limited resources.
This position demonstrated my resilience and problem-solving under pressure, merging strategic design with emergency communication to safeguard the museum’s presence during pivotal moments.
